Official Build Duration Was 19 Hours!!

On August 25, 2006 over 300 people from around Indiana converged on the city of New Whiteland (Greenwood), Indiana. In 19 hours, a 2900 square foot church building complete with an auditorium with seating for around 150 people, 1 nursery, a large pastoral office, completely finished restrooms and a sizeable vestibule.
All utilities, heating and air conditioning, complete with furnishings, that’s right, COMPLETELY finished!!!
Church In A Day is a nationally sponsored program of the United Pentecostal Church International.
Over 300 people from all around Indiana started at 6:30AM on Friday, August 25 through 1:30AM on Saturday when the congregation of Liberty Tabernacle started to move furniture in.
A dedication service was held in the facility on Sunday, August 27 at 10:00AM.
Many Church In A Day projects have been done nationally by the UPCI.
October 2003 one was done in Oakland City, Indiana and May 2005 in Cumberland, Indiana.
All of these projects have been covered by local major media outlets and one project in Texas was on Good Morning America.
